Profile Background Image (Global)

Profile Background Image (Global) by SubDevo
Tested in IE, FF, Opera and Safari

Allows you to use a custom background image for the "View Profile" page.
This image will be seen by all who view any profile. And all users will see the same background image. Hence the word "Global" in the title!
